Welcome to the King’s Somborne Church of England Primary School website. We are a joyful, aspirational and outward looking school, where every child is both valued and celebrated. We aim to provide our children with a stimulating, safe and inspirational learning environment, where they can feel both challenged and supported to achieve their best. Our Christian Values of Love, Hope, Trust and Joy help to guide us in all that we do.

Our aim is to help our children to become the absolute best version of themselves; celebrating their fantastic individuality and encouraging them to both follow their dreams and aspire towards their own individual greatness. We want our school to be a place filled with collective pride, where everyone feels a valued part of this wonderful village community. The village itself is just a short journey from both Stockbridge, Romsey and Winchester, and we are very lucky to have an active parent and village association that  do their utmost to provide our children with even more learning opportunities through their fundraising and community support.

Our curriculum and daily learning help our children to develop and succeed both academically, socially, and emotionally - with empathy and personal integrity playing a key role in our schools attitude to learning. As a staff, we too are active learners and pursue excellence in all that we do - we aim to act as positive role models and show the attitudes to both learning and life that we feel are incredibly important. We are proud of our children and will do all that we can to support and guide them - we know that they are all capable of brilliant things.
