At King's Somborne C of E Primary School, we believe that the strongest outcomes for children are achieved when home and school work closely together. Our Meet My Key Stage evenings have been created to give parents and carers a clear understanding of what happens in school, how we work collaboratively to support every child, and what you can expect from your child's learning journey throughout the year.

These sessions provide an opportunity for staff to share information about our curriculum, teaching approaches, routines, expectations, and the many exciting experiences that children will enjoy during their time at school. We hope that by sharing this information, families gain a greater understanding of how learning is structured and how they can support their child's success both in school and at home.

The presentations also highlight the wide range of opportunities available to our pupils, including educational visits, enrichment activities, sporting events, performances, leadership responsibilities, clubs, and special curriculum projects. We are proud of the rich and varied experiences we offer and want parents to understand how these opportunities help children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
